We're All Ears Similar Pronunciations *Intermediate* Aniimal Town Learning Series eBook Aniimal Town
I am 9 years old and I thought this book was helpful because sometimes I get confused with words, their sounds and meanings so this book helped me a lot. My class did a little bit of this at school and if you don’t know the difference, the story you would write would seem weird or the spelling would be so wrong. And other people couldn’t understand you. So it’s very important to learn. When I was like 6 I use to write ant Mary instead of aunt Mary and other boo boos so my teacher always had to correct me. =( And my brother oh my goosh you don’t want to see his writing book. He’s the worst but he has only just started school so this book is super helpful for him, too.
I think the pictures are awesome and they helped me remember the Homophones. My favorites are the Two Captains and the cutest one, Max the Mouse. The most useful for my little brother was (“Four”, “For”) and (“Two”, “Too”) because he always gets those mixed up and he uses those words the most. There were also new words I didn’t know in here that I learned because of this book, like the words “teem”, “rote” and “suite”. =)
